Strawberry Ripple Cake

Easy to make Strawberry Ripple Cake that will WOW your taste buds!
Also try this recipe using fresh or frozen blueberries!



Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
1 3oz. instant vanilla pudding
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 cup white chocolate chips
4 cups crushed fresh or thawed from frozen strawberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 Tbls. corn starch
1 1/2 tsps. lemon juice

Preheat oven 350 F. Grease and flour one 9x13 sheet cake pan.
Begin with making a strawberry filling. In a large sauce pan whisk together sugar and corn starch, stir in mashed strawberries and lemon juice to the sugar and cook over medium low heat until thick and bubbly; Let cool completely. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat cake mix, pudding, eggs, milk and oil with an electric mixer on medium speed.
Spread half of the cake batter evenly into prepared pan, then spread strawberry filling over cake batter, carefully top with remaining cake batter. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, check with tooth pick. Let cool on rack.
Garnish with a dollop of whipping cream and fresh strawberries. Serves 12 to 15.
