Pecan Crumble Pumpkin Muffins

Enjoy our pumpkin muffins with a pecan, cinnamon topping.
Simple, moist, and delicious.



Ingredents

2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup crisco
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cooked pumpkin

Topping 3 teaspoons sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.

Spoon batter into well greased muffin tins. In a small bowl, combine sugar, pecans and cinnamon for topping. Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of topping on batter for each muffin.

Bake 20 minutes until golden brown.

Makes about 15 to 18 muffins.
