Cappuccino
Cappuccino delightfully blends the rich flavor of coffee with the comfort of warm milk.
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups espresso
2/3 cups whole milk, steamed
Begin with 2 porcelain or ceramic coffee cups.
Fill each cup one third full with espresso.
Gently add steamed milk until two thirds full.
Finally, spoon in foam to completely fill each cup.
Espresso: We recommend that you use espresso, however you can use strong coffee from a drip coffee maker or French press.
Steaming Milk: Your espresso machine may have a steamer attachment to steam milk. If you do not have an espresso machine or a steamer, you can heat milk on the stove - do not allow to boil. Place hot milk in blender and blend for about a minute to create foam.
