Butterscotch Latte

Satisfying as sweet hot cocoa this easy to make butterscotch latte tastes rich and delicious. Make a single serving or double the recipe to enjoy with a friend!

Butterscotch latte
Single Serving:

2 Tbls. butterscotch chips
1 cup hot strong brewed coffee
3 tbls. half-and-half
1 tsp. vanilla syrup
whipped cream to garnish

In a 12oz. mug, pour 1/4 cup hot coffee over the 2 tbls. butterscotch chips and microwave for 30 seconds, stir until disolved.
Add remaining hot coffee.
Stir in vanilla syrup and half-and-half.
Top with whipped cream.

Hint: You can easily brew espresso coffee without the machine!
Grind bold coffee beans fine, pour boiling water over ground coffee and let stand for 1-2 minutes (best in a french press). Strain and serve.
