Butterscotch Blondies

Love butterscotch? Love a moist cookie?
Butterscotch Blondies...Rich, moist, delicious!



Ingredients

1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 325 and grease a 9 X 13 baking pan.

In a medium sized bowl, beat together butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla, and beat well.

In a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to sugar and butter mixture. Mix well with each addition. Stir in butterscotch chips.

Spoon into prepared pan and spread to cover bottom of pan. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Let cool briefly before cutting.

Serve warm from the pan or cooled. Either way, delicious!
